Service and Access Contract Compass operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. You purchase individual contract reviews or service bundles, each granting one-time access to the chosen service. Once confirmed, we begin processing your request. Standard turnaround is 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Unpaid or failed payments will not be processed. 3. Refunds and Cancellations Because our services are bespoke, refunds are not available after delivery. You may request cancellation before work begins by contacting support@contractcompass.com. If work hasn’t started, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion. 4. Fair Use and Conduct Each order covers one user and one contract unless otherwise specified.
