Due to the custom nature of contract reviews and the instant access provided to online learning materials, our refund policy is structured to reflect the non-reversible nature of the content we deliver.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that certain services may fall outside of your statutory cancellation rights.
2. Non-Refundable Services
We do not offer refunds once any of the following has occurred:

Your uploaded document has been received and processing has begun

Your contract has been assigned to a reviewer

Any part of the analysis or report generation has commenced

You have accessed or started a paid training course (Fundamentals or Expert Tier)
By purchasing a review or course, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as the service qualifies as personalised digital content delivered on demand.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment for the same service

A verified failure to deliver your review or training course access within a reasonable timeframe (beyond 48 business hours for contract reviews, excluding technical or operational delays)

A confirmed technical failure on our side that prevented access or delivery

A written cancellation submitted before any work or access commenced
To request a refund, email us within 7 calendar days of purchase. Include your full name, order reference, and a clear explanation of the issue.
4. Refund Process
If your request meets the above criteria and is approved:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
